Trucking Attorney
We are a growing firm, looking for a Trucking Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience, with extensive Trucking and commercial transportation experience.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience - Trucking/Commercial Transportation
• Civil litigation experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas
Responsibilities:
• Defend against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death lawsuits resulting from accidents
• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of issues, such as contract drafting and negotiation, real estate matters, and disputes
• Guide clients on local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including those related to the FMCSA, drug and alcohol testing, and hazardous materials
The annual salary for this position is between 130k-160k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
