Forensic Accounting Report Analysis and Counter Claims
We are seeking an experienced Forensic Accountant to review an existing forensic accounting report prepared for a Family Law property settlement matter in Australia.
The role involves:
Reviewing and dissecting the opposing expert’s report
Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported addback claims
Preparing a clear rebuttal analysis and counter-report to support our legal defense
Assisting with trial-ready financial summaries and exhibits for barrister use
Requirements:
Strong experience in Family Law financial matters, business valuations, and addback analysis
CA/CPA qualification (preferred)
Excellent analytical and report-writing skills
Ability to work to deadlines and communicate clearly with legal teams
