Finance Manager & Innovator

We’re looking for a Finance Manager & Innovator who thrives at the crossroads of finance and innovation. This is not a back-office-only role—you’ll be deeply involved in shaping strategy, guiding product development, and helping leadership make smarter, faster decisions.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage budgets across multiple departments and entities.
• Create financial models and pricing simulations to guide market and product strategy.
• Present dashboards and key metrics to leadership for data-driven decisions.
• Spot trends, track expense creep, and negotiate vendor contracts to protect margins.
• Partner with department leaders to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Implement and champion AI tools to automate bookkeeping, reporting, and financial processes.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in finance, accounting, or strategy roles with strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting background.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and modeling abilities—you turn spreadsheets into stories.
• Comfortable with technology and AI tools for automation and insights.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
• A collaborative mindset and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
