Director of Marketing, Non-Retail (Foodservice & Ingredient)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Product: Spot trends, identify gaps, and lead commercialization for new products and formats. You'll be the go-to for SKU rationalization and innovation.
• Promotion: Drive digital and social strategies, manage our Foodservice website, and create compelling sales tools with the help of our in-house agency.
• Pricing: Partner with Finance to analyze trends and optimize profitability.
• Placement: Support forecasting and ensure promotional activities align with demand.
• Strategy: Develop category positioning, value propositions, and roadmaps. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements
• Experience: 10+ years in Foodservice (Marketing, Sales, Category Management, Insights, Strategy, or R&D), with at least 5 years in foodservice marketing and team leadership.
• Skills: Commercialization expertise, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead complex projects.
• Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
• Traits: Self-starter, critical thinker, strong communicator, and adaptable leader. This is a player/coach where you'll do strategic and tactical work.
