Summary
Creative Director
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing creative concepts for videos, shoots, and campaigns
• Help plan and direct shoots: framing, angles, pacing, performance notes
• Research trends, viral formats, and social media storytelling
• Provide on-set creative input (shot ideas, transitions, pacing, look & vibe)
• Support with location research, moodboards, and visual references
• Collaborate on scripts, storyboards, and narrative structure
• Assist with basic production tasks (setup, lighting help, shot organizing)
• Review footage and suggest selects for the editor
• Maintain creative consistency across content styles
• Present fresh ideas, show concepts, and new series for social media influencer
Requirements
• Film student or recent graduate (Directing)
•Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media trends and viral content
• Ability to find and reinterpret viral trends
• Skilled at storytelling, pacing, and creating emotional/visual impact
• Ability to give direction to talent
• Proficient understanding of cameras, lighting, and visual composition
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
•Portfolio or examples of past creative work strongly preferred
Compensation
• Highly competitive compensation per project (rates discussed individually depending on experience). Max rate is $800/day
• Additional bonuses for high-performing concepts
