Quality Assurance Engineer – PT, up to 20 hours per week
Job Description:
• Perform manual QA testing across web and mobile to validate new features and ensure the platform works seamlessly for our landscaping customers.
• Run sanity and regression tests during release cycles to catch issues before they reach production.
• Write clear, detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behavior.
• Draft or refine user-facing guides and internal documentation, helping explain how features work in plain language.
• Provide usability and UX feedback that highlights pain points, confusing flows, or areas that could improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure the final product matches design intent and delivers consistent value to users.
Requirements:
• Experience testing SaaS or mobile applications — ideally B2B or workflow-focused tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills for documenting issues and user workflows.
• Keen attention to detail and empathy for the end user’s experience.
• Familiarity with QA workflows and tools like Linear, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Understanding of web or mobile development (React, React Native).
• Prior experience with testing B2B applications.
