Social Media Ads Specialist
Remote or NYC-based · Part-Time Contractor
Delphine B Paris is a recently launched luxury beauty brand founded by restorative beauty expert Delphine Breyne, dedicated to skincare that heals, hydrates, and empowers.
We are seeking a performance-driven social media ad specialist who can take full ownership of creating, filming, editing, and running high-converting ad campaigns on Instagram/Meta and TikTok.
This role is NOT for general social media managers, media buyers or PPC specialists.
You must be someone who can create effective ad content AND deliver sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Production Focused on Conversion
• Concept, script, film, and edit short-form video ads with a strong sales focus
• Create multiple high-converting variations: hooks, angles, CTA options
• Deliver Reels/TikTok-style videos designed specifically for performance
• Film product content independently: textures, demos, GRWM, UGC-style, etc.
Paid Performance Marketing
• Build and manage Instagram/Meta + TikTok paid ads from scratch
• Set up and optimize budgets, pricing, audiences, and placements
• Run testing frameworks (A/B, hooks, CTAs, lengths, thumbnails)
• Apply a conversion-focused approach to all creative decisions
• Scale winners and cut underperformers quickly
• Report ROAS, cost per result, conversions, and how to improve next round
Shoppable Commerce + Conversion
• Manage TikTok Shop + Instagram Shop for paid ads
• Tag/link products properly to track conversions
• Use shop analytics to improve content performance and drive more sales
Performance Reporting + Optimization
• Provide weekly insights tied directly to revenue and conversions
• Recommend creative angles based on what drives sales — not just views
• Take ownership of meeting measurable KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROAS, etc.)
• Be proactive in adjusting strategy as performance changes
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience with proven track record of driving sales through Instagram/TikTok ads
• Portfolio showing ads you personally filmed + edited + ran
• Strong understanding of ad psychology, hooks, value props, and CTAs
• Deep knowledge of audience targeting, pixel data, and conversion funnels
• Comfortable with rapid testing and performance iteration
• Beauty/skincare e-comm experience strongly preferred
• Ability to chase measurable outcomes
