Additional Information Job Type: Part Time (Up to 20 hours per week), Hourly, Non-Exempt Pay Range: $20 -$24/hr Reports to: Director of Digital Engagement and Business Analytics Department: Marketing Location: Remote, Home Office 255 Air Tool Drive, Southern Pines, NC 28387 Travel: Occasional; up to 7-10 days per quarter for meetings and events Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business administration, advertising, or related field, or currently pursuing a degree with relevant coursework completed • 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms • Demonstrated experience generating leads through digital campaigns with measurable results • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking for campaign attribution • Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools for ad creative adaptation • Understanding of A/B testing principles and conversion rate optimization • Experience with landing page builders and basic HTML/CSS is a plus • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus Supervisory Responsibilities None You'll Achieve: • Platform Mastery: Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and Connected TV with technical precision that consistently hits target cost-per-lead benchmarks • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics to make tactical adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and placements that optimize for lead quality and cost-efficiency • Technical Excellence: Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot with meticulous attention to conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and data flow through the CRM system • Systematic Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on landing page elements, ad copy, targeting parameters, and creative assets using statistically sound methodology for measurable improvements • Analytics Precision: Deliver weekly performance reports with accurate metrics tracking including leads generated, cost per lead, conversion rates, budget pacing, and funnel performance • CRM Expertise: Manage lead flow in HubSpot with systematic accuracy, ensuring proper lead capture, scoring, routing, and data hygiene that maintains lead quality standards Why You'll to properly configure tracking, analyze data, and implement evidence-based improvements • Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, identify optimization opportunities through data analysis, and implement tactical solutions that improve conversion metrics • Continuous Learning: Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and technical features across multiple advertising systems while deepening your expertise in conversion rate optimization • Autonomous Execution: Manage campaigns independently in a remote environment with clear technical guidelines, performance targets, and structured reporting touchpoints with the Director of Digital Engagement • Purposeful Impact: Apply your technical precision to support Christian education, knowing that every optimized campaign and refined targeting strategy you implement helps homeschooling families discover Classical Conversations Performance Expectations: • Lead Quality Focus: Set up sales team to hit target lead-to-enrollment conversion rate of 21% or higher through strategic targeting, qualification criteria, and continuous technical refinement • Cost Efficiency: Achieve target cost per qualified lead benchmarks while optimizing for downstream conversion quality rather than volume alone • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate measurable month-over-month improvements in lead quality scores, engagement rates, or conversion funnel performance through systematic testing and data-driven optimization Key Responsibilities: SEM Campaign Management: • Manage day-to-day technical operations of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and Connected TV platforms • Implement advanced targeting strategies through audience mapping, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, demographic layering, and behavioral targeting • Monitor performance metrics daily, making data-informed tactical adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and ad placement • Configure and maintain proper tracking parameters, conversion pixels, and attribution models across all platforms Lead Generation & Optimization: • Build and optimize landing pages in HubSpot using technical best practices for user experience, form completion, and conversion tracking • Conduct systematic A/B tests on landing page elements, analyzing statistical significance and implementing winning variations • Manage technical lead flow in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data capture, scoring logic, routing rules, and database hygiene • Configure and maintain UTM tracking parameters for proper campaign attribution and performance analysis • Stay current on platform algorithm updates, new technical features, and industry trends in conversion rate optimization • Provide detailed weekly performance reports with accurate metrics tracking and data-driven optimization recommendations • Create quarterly lead magnets with proper tracking implementation to measure nurturing effectiveness Physical Demands Color vision required for reviewing charts, graphs, and visual presentations. Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily). Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
