We need an advisor to ensure we build for scale from Day 1 - not a single-client solution we'll need to rebuild. You're the Right Fit If You've: •Built or advised multi-tenant SaaS products (one codebase, many clients, different configurations) • Deep experience with marketing platform data (Google Ads, Meta, GA4) • Worked with Google Sheets/Apps Script for automated systems • Architected platforms that scaled 10x without rebuilds • Can guide developers effectively (not just do the work yourself) Our Stack: Google Sheets, Apps Script, Looker Studio, third-party marketing data connectors What You'll Guide: • Multi-tenant architecture patterns • Configuration-driven design • Automation vs. manual decisions • Onboarding efficiency as we scale • Avoiding common scalability pitfalls Engagement: Short-term advisory to start, potential ongoing relationship.
