People Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a People Operations Analyst to support HR platform enhancements and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation of enhancements in HR platforms and employee experience systems
• Collaborate with business users to identify needs and convert them into technical specifications
• Assist in communicating and implementing new processes to enhance HR systems' productivity
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in people operations, HRIS, or HR systems roles
• Hands-on experience with Workday and other HR platforms
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in exercising discretion with sensitive information
