Key Responsibilities
• Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
• Explain and assist with benefit options tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate records and policy documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Meet daily performance and service goals in a virtual team environment
What We're Looking For
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable with a positive attitude
• Basic computer literacy (Zoom, email, CRM systems)
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (support provided)
