Job Description We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to analyze marketing data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to optimize our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, marketing metrics, and data visualization. Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, social media, email campaigns, etc) • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate with marketing teams to define metrics and create measurement plans for campaigns • Conduct and track experiments to optimize marketing efforts • Identify trends and insights to inform marketing strategy and tactics • Present findings and recommendations to the founder's and marketing team in a clear, actionable manner • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field • 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related role • Proficiency in google analytics • Strong skills in Excel and • Experience with SQL and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) preferred • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Nice to Haves: • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Experience with SQL and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) Benefits: • Potential Equity in the Startup • Opportunity to work closely with the founders, contributing directly to the growth and success of the startup • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions in AI & Education • Flexible work hours to accommodate your schedule. • Note: This is unpaid right now, but could turn into a paid role if this is a good fit Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
