Manager, Media Analytics

Be a part of something great… We're looking for a Manager, Media Analytics to work within the Media Analytics of the Tech department at Acronym. This role will require working with Power BI as the reporting tool of choice within the agency, integrated with our proprietary tool Keyword Objects. Along with maintaining your own reports, you will be overseeing the agency Power BI team and assisting with the builds of the team's reports, managing reporting priorities, and scoping out future reporting the department will handle. This role will require the need to be able to properly prioritize multiple requests at once for yourself and for the reporting team. A knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and the ability to work cross-functionally both internally with the agency media teams as well as externally with clients, will be a huge plus in this role. This is the job…. • Build Power BI reports (modeling and visualzations) • Maintain existing Power BI and Excel reports (including Macros) • Oversee team of analysts building and maintaining reports • Establish report specifications with internal and client stakeholders • Create reusable data model and visual templates • Train team members in core skills required • Train broader Acronym team in report building skills • Work with engineering and data teams to set up report automations This is you…. • Evidence of prior successful Power BI deliveries (must) • Success as a manager (must) • Strong communication skills (must) • Ability to deliver on a deadline (must) • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time (must) • Experience training others in job skills (strong plus) • Power BI certification (strong plus) • Familiarity with digital search marketing (strong plus) • Familiarity with marketing in general (plus) Skills…. • Power BI expertise (must) • Data modeling proficiency including both M and Dax (must) • Data visualization proficiency (must) • Excel proficiency (must) • Excel macros (strong plus) • Other BI Tool experience, eg Tableu or Data Studio (plus) • General SQL experience, particularly MySQL (plus) This is us… Acronym is the world leader in performance marketing.
