Government Contracting Attorney (Contingency-Based Client Agreements)
We’re seeking an experienced attorney familiar with government contracting to assist us in reviewing or drafting a client engagement agreement for our consulting and proposal-writing services.
Our firm works with businesses pursuing federal contracts, often on a contingency or performance-based model. We’re introducing a performance-based option for select clients and need legal guidance to ensure the agreement is compliant, clear, and protects us.
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed attorney (any U.S. state)
- Experience drafting or reviewing service contracts
- Familiarity with government contracting (FAR/DFARS, subcontractor or consultant agreements, etc.) is strongly preferred
- Able to translate complex terms into clear, professional language
- Comfortable collaborating with a small, fast-moving consulting team
