Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager, Mid Market to join us! We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, CA, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI. The Account Manager, Mid Market is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing strategic accounts, long-term client relationships, and developing key new stakeholder relationships. This role will focus on up-selling and cross-selling existing solutions as well as identifying and expanding to new use cases or new user types within our strategic Health System customer base. In this role you will: • Meet or exceed retention and expansion quotas. • Builds strategic growth plans with customers and develops and executes on annual sales account plans. • Understand the customer business environment, and identify and implement ways Medbridge can assist clients in solving its top challenges through use of our solutions. • Build and maintain executive level relationships, and guide executive stakeholders with varying needs through a decision process. • Provide a consultative approach with customers and prospects to understand organizational structure, key decision makers, procurement processes, IT systems, and document workflow. • Coordinate communication with all internal teams to prioritize activities related to strategic approaches with key organizations. What you will need to succeed: • 8+ Years of Account Management Experience for SaaS Healthcare solutions. • Experience selling to or working within the healthcare industry, preferably health systems. • Proven track record of successful customer engagements with VP and Executive level stakeholders. • A strong foundation for strategic and tactical selling of a solution sale. • Ability to identify new use cases and collaborate with product and strategy teams to define requirements. • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. • Some travel required. Salary Range: 90k base, OTE: 135K At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.
