[Remote] Freelance Graphic Designers

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Labrador Transparency is a company in the Financial Services industry seeking Freelance Graphic Designers for a remote position. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for defining requirements and creating graphics, including illustrations and layouts, primarily using Adobe Creative Suite, to convey messages effectively in various reports and internal projects. Responsibilities • Define requirements, visualize, and create graphics, including illustrations, layouts, and photos, using Adobe Creative Suite. • Shape the visual aspects of annual reports, proxy statements, sustainability reports, and internal projects. • Ensure graphics capture the attention of viewers and convey the intended message. • Translate requirements into design with a creative flair. • Communicate well and work methodically as part of a team. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/ Multimedia Arts or equivalent work experience • Proven graphic design experience • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other design • Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Familiarity with design techniques • Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts) • A keen eye for aesthetics and details • Excellent communication skills • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines • Planning and Workload management • Experience in publishing and creating designs of financial documents is an advantage Company Overview • Labrador is a global financial industry expert that specializes financial communications and corporate disclosures.
