Engagement of Legal Consultant / Attorney for EB-5 Application and Approval Process for Projects
The project represents a renowned, large-scale housing development, envisioned as a full-service regional housing/residential infrastructure for seniors and wellness services. It is structured to serve as a major residential hub while also qualifying as an eligible EB-5 investment platform in compliance with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regulations.
To achieve this designation, Burj World Ltd. seeks to engage a licensed U.S. attorney or legal consulting organization specializing in immigration law, EB-5 filings, and USCIS compliance. The appointed legal consultant will lead the entire process of petition drafting, filing, liaison with federal authorities, response to USCIS queries, and ensure full alignment with the Matter of Ho precedent and the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) requirements.
