• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and transactions with customers and third-party suppliers.
• Provide broad legal support on commercial and employment-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior management and external counsel as needed.
• Conduct legal research and work independently on assigned matters.
• Offer practical, hands-on legal support to meet business needs.
