Our organisation is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist to facilitate the hiring, onboarding, and management of all HR-related functions in UK and Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment, development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as the execution of training sessions for new employees, including managing the existing team in all HR aspects. The candidate will also manage team global travels.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in recruitment, employee management, and training development, thereby ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. The candidate should also be familiar with the local HR laws (in UK and Malaysia).
