About the position
Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of the Community Reinvestment Act strategy in line with the Corporate Sustainability, Inclusion and Social Impact strategic plan.
• Identify, review, and document Community Development Loans.
• Manage community development grants for the states covered by CRA.
• Prepare submission of CRA service hours/volunteer hours for CRA exams and document qualifications.
• Respond to questions from examiners regarding CD loans, grants, and service hours.
• Maintain relationships with community stakeholders to inform and develop innovative strategies for capital deployment in underserved communities.
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of proven project coordination/project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as needed.
• Ability to accurately track, record, and present data to support the impact work of the group.
• Knowledge and ability to manage regulatory expectations and examinations.
• Ability to self-direct and work independently.
• Knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act requirements, especially what qualifies under each community development purpose category (highly preferred).
• A College or University degree is preferred with experience in CSR or Community Development.
Nice-to-haves
