Creative Director / Director of Visual Content
We are hiring at Black Rose Records, LLC for a Creative Director / Director of Visual Content for our in-house production team via our partner IronWorx Media:
Define the look and feel of the Black Rose brand. You’ll ensure every visual, from merch to music videos, embodies our DNA: Power, Artistry, Immortality.
Core Responsibilities
• Set creative direction across all visual departments.
• Approve artwork, photography, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with fashion, A&R, and marketing on campaign cohesion.
• Lead visual teams in innovation and design thinking.
Compensation
• Commission: 10–30% + project-based bonuses.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
