[Remote] Associate Director, Performance Media & Measurement (NY, 21916)

The Associate Director on the OneVue Performance, Media and Measurement team will lead audience strategy implementation and execution across National Media for the Kenvue Portfolio, driving team success through collaboration and innovative solutions. Responsibilities • Generate insights to inform media plan optimizations using available data points from media platforms, incrementality studies, and other syndicated research sources • Heavily participate in the E2E process of Kenvue’s Intelligent Digital Attribution (IDA) program, which measures incrementality of media to inform strategic media optimization • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive measurement & learning plan across National and Media for Kenvue's leading brands • Lead the design, execution, and reporting of Kenvue’s Enterprise Learning Agenda (ELA) test-and-learn initiatives, working closely with clients to define test objectives.
