UX Writer/Content Designer Sr. - 100% Remote Required skills User experience writing or content design (4 years minimum) Very familiar with SEO, AP style, using style guides (4 years minimum) Experience working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences Tools: Figma, SEM Rush and MS Word Strong Portfolio or writing samples - A MUST! Experience writing for servicing and onboarding flows, storefront pages, omni-channel, text messages, push notifications, emails Ability to write in a conversational tone Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to use constructive feedback and adapt writing style when needed Preferred Financial Services industry writing experience Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Familiar with AI prompt writing
