Document Processing Clerk (Temporary) - In Office
About the position
Responsibilities
• Quickly and accurately review and categorize incoming digital documents
• Assign correct labels and details (custom properties) to scanned documents
• Support scanning efforts for new and historical documents as needed
• Correct indexing errors when returned for revision
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members
• Maintain strong focus on speed, accuracy, and detail
• Meet daily productivity goals
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Strong typing/data entry skills (speed + accuracy are essential)
• Ability to stay focused during repetitive computer-based tasks
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a quiet office setting
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Previous office, scanning, or clerical experience is a plus
