Technical Project Manager - Web & App Development

Remote | Full-Time | EST Hours Required We’re hiring a proactive, technically fluent Project Manager with real app development experience to lead complex builds across web, mobile, and integrated digital platforms. Who You Are: You’re part strategist, part producer, and all about momentum. Specifically, you: Have 3+ years of agency experience in project management Have direct experience managing app development projects (mobile or web-based) Are fluent in digital production and dev workflows—HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, GitHub, CMS platforms, and how things move from design to code to QA Can confidently manage developers, understand timelines & blockers, and translate tech for non-technical clients Live in Asana, Slack, and Notion—and keep everything clean, clear, and on time Are available 8am–5pm ET and thrive in fast-paced, no-fluff teams Are a killer communicator who loves details and delivers with urgency What You’ll Do: Lead and manage web and app development projects from start to finish Translate strategic plans into executional task lists and sprint plans Own the project timeline—assign, follow up, and clear blockers fast Coordinate designers and developers through staging, testing, and launch Write agendas, take notes on client calls, and send tight meeting recaps + action items Scope tickets in GitHub/Asana, prioritize dev work, and track issues to resolution QA app builds for functionality and performance across devices Manage internal calendars, folders, SOPs, and documentation You Must Have: Hands-on project management experience with live app builds (web, iOS, Android, or PWAs) A solid understanding of APIs, authentication flows, user states, front/back-end sync, and staging/deployment processes Experience managing multiple accounts at once in an agency or dev firm environment Strong organizational skills—you know how to move fast without letting quality slip Bonus Points For: Experience with eCommerce apps or platform integrations Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices A background in QA testing or accessibility compliance Confidence in supporting proposal scopes and dev estimates Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
