Strategic Initiatives Director

## WHAT YOU’LL DO: Be a trusted thought-partner and collaborator to the senior leadership / functional leaders Own program management of time-bound initiatives Facilitate efficient meetings to ensure information exchange and alignment across teams Manage cross-functional processes with leaders to ensure key decisions, major projects, and business outcomes are successful Own, escalate and swiftly break down impediments that prevent things from moving forward Drive and ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across functions Increase visibility by owning and maintaining resources (ex. project plans, knowledge bases, comms channels) to ensure clarity and consistency in information Identify critical path activities for programs and enable prioritization of initiatives ## WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 10+ years of program management/consulting experience, an understanding of the blockchain space is preferred BA/BS degree or higher Ability to work out of an office three days a week Proven experience in planning, managing and monitoring complex processes and programs Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership Strong track record managing and influencing internal and cross-functional stakeholders Resourcefulness, persistence and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment Outstanding organizational abilities and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
