Overview At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Providers strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.Our On Demand team is available 7 days a week, 12 hours a day to address common symptoms quickly and on demand, as well as New Patient Welcome Visits to assist patients in establishing care. The selected individual will be working from home in a flex capacity and will be joining a team comprised of 7 full time APPs. Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner. Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.
