OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
Clean Masters Pro LLC is seeking a driven, experienced B2B Sales Closer to secure high-ticket medical clinics, dental offices, and auto dealership, cleaning contracts.
This is a true hunter role with:
• ✅ 25% upfront commissions

We handle operations, staffing, insurance, billing, and service delivery.
You focus on closing deals and getting paid.
✅ WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Prospect medical offices, dental offices, and auto dealerships
• Speak directly with owners, general managers, and decision-makers
• Perform walkthroughs and present pricing
• Close monthly recurring service contracts
• Build and manage your personal sales pipeline
• Turn over signed accounts to operations for onboarding
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience
• Confident communicator and strong closer
• Comfortable walking businesses and handling objections
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Reliable transportation and phone
• Familiar with CRM or lead tracking systems
PAY STRUCTURE (HIGH EARNINGS)
• 25% commission on all new monthly contracts
• 10% residual for 24 months
• No income cap
• Paid as a 1099 contractor
Example Earnings:
• $2,000/month clinic → $500 upfront + $200/month residual
• $4,000/month dealership → $1,000 upfront + $400/month residual
• 6–8 active accounts → $2,000–$4,000+ per month in residuals alone
✅ MINIMUM DEAL REQUIREMENTS
• $1,500/month minimum contract size
• 6–12 month agreement required
• Medical, dental, dealership, assisted living, or large offices only
