Revenue Operations Leader
Job Description:
• Design, build, and scale the RevOps function from the ground up
• Report directly to the CRO and work closely with the CFO and CMO
• Architect and operationalize systems, processes, and insights aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Translate strategy into execution by building the operational backbone for GTM teams
• Focus initially on Sales Operations: pipeline management, forecasting, territory design, and reporting
• Oversee marketing operations: demand generation alignment, lead management, and attribution
• Hire and develop RevOps talent (starting with a CRM Administrator)
• Serve as executive owner of the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to ensure governance, data integrity, adoption, automation, and reporting
• Deliver consistent GTM analytics and partner with FP&A for executive and board-level reporting
• Build frameworks for Customer Success & Retention Operations in future phases
• Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver insights, playbooks, coaching, and pipeline reviews
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with $25–100M ARR
• Experience with the manufacturing industry a plus
• Proven experience in Sales Ops and Marketing Ops, with exposure to Customer Success Ops
• CRM expertise (Salesforce or HubSpot) with demonstrated success in scaling CRM adoption and governance
• Strong analytical skills: forecasting, pipeline analytics, attribution, and retention modeling
• Experience managing and scaling RevOps tech stacks and hiring/managing high-performing operations teams
• Preferred: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Preferred: Experience with SQL or modern data stack components (Snowflake, dbt, Census)
• Preferred: Prior RevOps leadership during periods of significant growth and organizational scaling
