Team Lead / Ops Manager - Real Estate Cold Calling/Texting Team (Remote - US Hours)

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our overseas Land Intake Manager (LIM) team focused on cold calling and texting for real estate LAND acquisitions. This is a hands-on role where you'll train, monitor, and drive performance for our outbound Land Intake Managers team while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Training & Development (30%)
Conduct daily role-playing sessions with team members
Develop and practice objection handling techniques
Provide real-time coaching on live calls
Create a culture of continuous improvement
Quality Assurance & Compliance (30%)
Monitor Launch Control for text response time compliance
Audit team adherence to SLAs and escalate violations
Ensure quality standards are met across all customer interactions
Track daily activity metrics and report discrepancies
Campaign Coordination (20%)
Partner with data team to launch daily campaigns each morning
Ensure campaign lists are properly distributed to team members
Verify campaign execution and troubleshoot any issues
Maintain campaign schedule and communicate updates
Performance Management (10%)
Track team performance against established KPIs
Identify performance gaps and create action plans
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for US management
Escalate operational issues and propose solutions
Conduct performance conversations with underperforming team members
Must-Haves:
3+ years managing cold calling or inside sales teams
Fluent English (written and spoken) - must be comfortable communicating with US management
Experience training and developing sales representatives
Proven track record of teams achieving KPI targets
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office space
Available to work 8 AM - 5 PM US Central Time
Highly Preferred:
Experience in US real estate wholesaling or land acquisitions
Background managing remote/distributed teams
Experience with CRM systems (Launch Control, Podio, or similar)
Previous experience working for US companies
Knowledge of US real estate terminology and processes
