Underwriter – Real Estate Investment (Remote / Commission-Based)

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Underwriter specializing in Real Estate Investment to join our dynamic team in a remote, commission-based role. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough underwriting of real estate investment opportunities, assessing risk and potential returns. • Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, credit analysis, and equity research. • Utilize financial modeling techniques to forecast investment performance and evaluate potential risks. • Collect and analyze relevant data to support underwriting decisions and financial report writing. • Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions of investment deals. • Monitor portfolio performance and provide recommendations for adjustments based on market trends. • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the underwriting process. • Implement fraud prevention and detection measures throughout the loan origination process. • Maintain proficiency in financial software tools to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
