Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TEOCO is seeking a Utilities Project Coordinator responsible for managing all client requests related to utility services. The role involves ensuring accurate order processing, coordinating with clients and utility providers, and maintaining service records and documentation. Responsibilities • Managing all assigned client requests related to utility services, including new installations, disconnections, and changes to existing services. • Ensuring accurate and timely order processing. • Coordinating with client contacts (utility team/field) and external utility providers. • Serving as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries and problem resolution related to the orders they place. • Accurately maintaining customer accounts, service records, activity logs, and work order documentation in appropriate utility billing systems and other databases/spreadsheets. • Ensuring all information related to orders is current and correct and issues are closed within necessary deadlines. • Generating regular reports on service activity, work order status, and customer issues for management review. Skills • Bachelors Degree • Acumen in Excel • Microsoft Suite • Excellent communication skills • Tech Savvy • 3-5+ years of experience working in a utility environment • Additional direct industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement Company Overview • TEOCO is a leading provider of analytics, assurance, planning and optimization solutions to over 300 communication service providers (CSPs).
