Position Public Policy and Language Specialist Type Contract Compensation $45–$60/hour Location Korea Commitment 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex public policy frameworks into clear, structured rubrics for AI training. • Write fluently in both Korean and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression across languages. • Provide cultural and policy insights unique to the public in Korea. • Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content. • Collaborate independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Qualifications Must-Have • Native-level fluency in Korean with strong written and spoken English. • Degree in policy, political science, sociology, or a similar field. • 2–6+ years of experience in politics, public policy, think tanks, etc. • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in policy writing, instructional design, or academic publishing. Preferred • Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development. • Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
