Experienced Patent Attorney for IP Review and Ongoing Consulting
We’re looking for an experienced U.S. Patent Attorney to review prior patent work, provide expert feedback, and advise on our ongoing intellectual property strategy. Our team develops products that involve both hardware and software components, and we want to ensure our IP approach is solid from the start. The role involves reviewing existing filings, identifying potential risks or missed prior art, and consulting on complex IP questions related to future product development.
This is an hourly consulting engagement, initially focused on reviewing current materials and providing recommendations, with the possibility of continued involvement as new projects progress. Ideal candidates have deep experience in patent prosecution, IP strategy, and working with innovation-driven companies.
