USPTO Patent Attorney Needed — Review, Finalize, and File Provisional Patent Application

I am seeking an experienced U.S. patent attorney (USPTO registered) to review, refine, and file a provisional patent application (PPA) for a new physical commercial product. A full draft of the provisional application is already prepared, including the written description, embodiments, figures, and claims. I do not need the application rewritten — only a professional legal review, refinement where necessary, and filing through the attorney’s USPTO-verified account. This project is best suited for an attorney who regularly handles consumer-product inventions. Scope of Work 1. Legal Review of Provisional Application Review the full draft for completeness and legal adequacy Check for enablement, clarity, and proper support for claims Ensure no unintentional narrowing of scope Verify consistency between text and figures 2. Improve and Confirm Claim Structure Adjust independent and dependent claims for broadest protection Remove unnecessary limitations Ensure terminology is consistent and legally appropriate 3.
