Associate Partner - Technology Transformation | New York, NY, USA | Remote

My client, an American multinational information technology infrastructure services provider, are recruiting for a number of Associate & Equity Partners to join their business in the US. These roles are 100% remote. As an Associate Partner, Technology Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in leading large-scale digital and IT transformation engagements for enterprise clients. You will work closely with C-suite executives to design and deliver strategies that enable clients to modernize legacy systems, adopt cloud and AI technologies, and reimagine operating models. You will be responsible for business development, engagement delivery, and thought leadership, helping clients accelerate growth, increase agility, and unlock business value through technology. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO) on end-to-end technology transformation strategies. Lead strategic assessments, roadmapping, and execution planning for digital modernization, cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and enterprise IT redesign. Oversee large transformation programs, ensuring business alignment, technical excellence, and successful delivery. Business Development Drive go-to-market efforts by identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and leading sales pursuits in the technology transformation space. Develop client-specific value propositions and solution architectures across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and AI domains. Contribute to revenue growth by building relationships with key clients and supporting commercial negotiations. Leadership & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, engineers, and project managers through complex transformations. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage engagement risks, dependencies, and performance KPIs. Thought Leadership Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital by developing whitepapers, playbooks, and strategic frameworks in areas like cloud transformation, AI enablement, IT operating models, and innovation strategy.
