[Remote] Operations Coordinator - PRN
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. The Executive Operations Coordinator, PRN will provide high-level administrative and operational support across the Adult Behavioral Health department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions for the Adult Behavioral Health leadership team.
• Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure department efficiency.
• Support project management by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the division.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review.
• Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments to streamline workflows.
Skills
• High-level administrative and operational support experience
• Experience in coordinating daily operations and administrative functions
• Ability to manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications
• Project management skills, including tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership
• Strong communication skills to serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments
