We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Operations Consultant I to support our centralized workforce solutions. This is a remote position based in Montreal, Quebec, with the ability to attend meetings at our Head Office in Kirkland as needed. Reporting to the Regional Account Manager, this role plays a key part in delivering exceptional Human Resources, Client Services, and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Talent Solutions Delivery • Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews. • Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation. • Liaise with clients to confirm staffing needs and ensure fulfillment. • Serve as the main point of contact for external workforce associates. • Manage timekeeping and administrative tasks via VMS platforms (e.g., SAP Fieldglass). • Provide timely support for employee administrative inquiries. • Prepare internal and client-facing reports and presentations. • Perform additional duties to support departmental goals. Client, Program & Supplier Management • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement. • Act as liaison for operational issues with clients and suppliers. • Build strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. • Identify and resolve service delivery challenges proactively. • Conduct regular performance and satisfaction review calls with clients. • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of metrics and satisfaction data. • Review and process travel requests and expense reports. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Background in recruitment, sourcing, customer service, or HR administration. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; VMS experience is a plus. • Experience in external workforce programs or MSP environments is highly desirable. • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written). Compliance & Location Requirements: • Must be based in Montreal, Quebec, with the ability to attend meetings in Kirkland. • Fluent in French to comply with Quebec's Bill 96 and effectively engage with local stakeholders. • Familiarity with Canadian federal and provincial employment laws, including co-employment considerations. Physical Requirements: • Regular use of computers and handling of documents. • May involve standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and other physical activities.
