As a Netflix Tagger, you will watch movies, TV shows, documentaries, and other original content on Netflix and assign relevant metadata and tags that help improve Netflix's recommendation algorithm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Watching movies, TV shows, and documentaries on Netflix to identify key themes, genres, and plots.
• Assigning relevant metadata and tags to each piece of content to help personalize recommendations for viewers.
• Using insights to improve the accuracy of Netflix's recommendation algorithm.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Film Studies, Communications, or Journalism.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
