Customer Education Specialist, Electrophysiology (m/w/d) Germany
Boston Scientific is seeking a Customer Education Specialist, Electrophysiology (m/w/d) in Germany to lead training and education programs for field support personnel and customers. This role focuses on plan execution, needs assessment, mentorship, and HCP program development, leveraging EHQ programs and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving patients' lives and advancing medical technology.
Requirements
• Around 4-5 years’ experience in Medical Education or Customer programs or Field support roles
• 3-5 years’ experience in Electrophysiology (PFA) and Single Shot field support experience
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time annually
