What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Plan, manage, and complete upgrades of DVT Pumps at customer hospitals within an assigned region
• Coordinate upgrade schedules and resources with hospital personnel to ensure successful project completion
• Track the delivery and receipt of DVT Pumps to ensure timely operations
• Educate hospital staff on the technical features of Arjo DVT pumps
• Maintain positive relationships with key decision‑makers to enhance customer loyalty and product utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Advanced Customer Service; experience in a Clinical/Medical setting is a plus
• Must be able to travel overnight 90% of the time
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
