WHAT YOU’LL DO Tell Stories with Data Analyze complex marketing performance data and translate it into clear, compelling insights that spark smarter decisions and measurable impact. Shape Smarter Strategies Collaborate with analytics and media teams to optimize marketing performance through data-backed recommendations. Model What Matters Build and refine advanced data models, including Marketing Mix Models (MMM), to answer key business questions and forecast outcomes with precision. Bring Insights to Life Design and present interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau and Looker that make data digestible and actionable. Lead with Purpose Act as a strategic partner to clients, sharing insights that align with their goals and drive continuous growth. Support and Scale Talent Mentor junior analysts by fostering a collaborative environment focused on learning, curiosity, and excellence. Streamline for Impact Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance data accuracy, and make reporting more efficient and effective. Own the Execution Work closely with Lead Analysts and Managers to manage tasks, delegate effectively, and drive analytics initiatives forward. WHAT YOU BRING • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in data analysis within a marketing or digital advertising context. • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, including ROAS, CAC, and LTV. • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Eager to learn and always asking why. • Capable of self-educating and solving problems independently. • Takes initiative and doesn't wait for opportunities to arise. • Open to feedback and willing to ask for guidance when needed. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
