Enterprise Integration Architect

Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Enterprise Integration Architect to sit fully remote (sitting in EST/CST) for a large CPG company. This architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across their digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless connectivity between cloud-native applications, on-premise systems, and core enterprise platforms using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business processes, integration architecture, and modern cloud technologies to drive digital transformation and operational excellence. This role will work to facilitate alignment between business and IT, and across the IT landscape. This role will engage with the business and IT stakeholders and build and maintain relationships. They will architect and design end-to-end integration solutions leveraging Azure Integration Services and SAP BTP capabilities. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to define integration strategies aligned with CPG industry best practices and lead the governance and lifecycle management of APIs, events, and data flows across hybrid environments. This role will ensure security, scalability, and performance of integration solutions, adhering to enterprise architecture standards as well as drive integration modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy middleware to cloud-native platforms. Currently they have been in this architecture for 2 years and are in their last upgrade cycle. They have a data broker system tied into SAP and they are working on moving data out of SAP, this is a big business driver for the company. When data needs to be moved, this person needs to understand SAP and the patterns of how data goes in and out and know what is and is not allowed. 50% of the day to day role will be spent fielding requests as they modernize or any day to day data needing to be moved, almost like a data operator if A goes to B. 20% of the role will be understanding what they have now (when it comes to upgrading the integration hub), where they are going an what they need to move forward. The remaining 30% will be supporting the business functions. Pay is around 75-90/hr. Skills and Requirements -8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Integration Architect -Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure Integration Services and SAP BTP Integration Suite. -Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform moving data in and out of it -Experience with API-first and event-driven architectures, including REST, OData, Webhooks, and Kafka/Event Mesh. -Experience with Terraform or Python -Kubernetes / Micro services design and deployment for multi-tier applications - Bachelors in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. -Professional certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect and SAP certified integration Suite -CPG Industry Experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
