International HR Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic IT Incident Management Officer (24/7 Shift Rotation) to join our dynamic team.
We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed International HR Manager to join our dynamic team at HFM
Your role at HFM:
• Responsible for all the HR operations in all
countries outside the headquarters.
• Develops and implements HR strategies and practices
that align with organisational goals.
• Collaborates with regional HR teams to ensure
consistent policies and practices along all global locations.
• Drives global recruitment strategies to attract top
talent in international markets.
• Develops and implements global training and
development programs.
• Oversees the design and implementation of
competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensures compliance with local labor laws.
• Fosters a positive work environment that embraces
cultural diversity and inclusion.
• Provides support and guidance to the team members.
• Deals with day-to-day HR operations.
• Monitors HR targets and KPIs and creates reports.
Requirements
• BA/BSc in HR Management or Business Administration
or any other related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience including 3 minimum years
in International HR Management.
• Working experience in developing and implementing HR
policies and practices across multiple countries.
• Good knowledge of global labor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-cultural teams.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Applications.
