Office Coordinator HR Administrator
## WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Office Coordinator, you will be involved in all aspects of office maintenance:
Inventory and supplies management
Coordination with building management
Office policies maintenance
Event planning
Vendor management
Mailing and deliveries
## ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful in this role, you'll need to be comfortable with highly repetitive tasks that may include lifting up to 30lbs, while being highly adaptable as well. You will need to solve problems while being restricted by traditional tools, so your creativity and innovative thinking will be a great asset. In order to keep the office well-stocked and well-maintained, a high level of organization skills is essential. As the first point of contact for all of our office visitors, a friendly and welcoming attitude is a must. Ideally, you will have some knowledge and understanding around employee engagement too.
The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000/year up to $60,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. LayerZero is a total compensation company.
