Executive Assistant – Healthcare Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
• Deliver remote services to clients worldwide focusing on administrative, HR, and operational functions
• Maintain documentation, support payroll and compliance, and foster team culture
• Manage administrative tasks such as completion and tracking of forms, vendor documentation, and correspondence creation
• Schedule Zoom meetings and maintain communication with staff and clients
• Provide HR support including responding to inquiries and assisting with onboarding and payroll processes
• Track and renew licenses and maintain compliance logs
• Organize team initiatives and assist with internal communications
• Edit and update training manuals and conduct light research for educational initiatives
Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare administration, HR coordination, or operations
• Familiarity with payroll, credentialing, and compliance processes
• Experience with Jotform, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and EMR systems preferred
• Prior exposure to U.S. healthcare systems or terminology strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (Accent Level A–B)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional writing skills for HR and policy communications
• Warm, inclusive personality that supports team morale
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online platforms
• Discreet and compliant with HIPAA standards
