Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager, Oncology
About the position
Responsibilities
• Responsible for development and execution of omnichannel marketing plan, in line with marketing strategy and business objectives
• Oversees all digital (paid, organic, website) and manages relationships with external agency partners that develop and execute media
• Owns annual marketing content calendar
• Continuously optimizes investment to deliver sales, thought leadership, and media KPI targets and report progress against goals
• Partners closely with marketing managers to develop tactical content and optimize channels that deliver desired results
• Analyzes and reports on relevant business metrics and industry trends
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
• 8+ years professional marketing experience with 5+ years of digital strategy and execution oversight
• 2+ years as a people leader
• Experience working in oncology/urology, genetic testing, or medical device industry preferred
• Experience using content syndication and maintenance platforms
• Strong analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing campaigns for business value
• Excellent attention to detail, very well organized and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
• Clear and concise communication skills with high initiative and ability to think outside the box
• Ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload across a team of omnichannel marketers
• Up to 20-25% travel required
