Federal Contract Proposal Consultant Needed
YYC Facility Solutions is a growing commercial maintenance and cleaning company operating in Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. We are expanding into state and federal government contracting and are seeking an experienced consultant to guide us through the full preparation process.
We need support with:
Structuring our business for federal and state proposal readiness
Identifying required documents, certifications, and compliance items
Setting up a proposal library and templates
Understanding bid requirements and how to prepare competitive proposals
Creating a clear roadmap for entering government contracting
Ideal candidates should have experience with federal contracting, RFP/RFQ responses, SAM.gov, and state procurement platforms.
We are looking for someone who can provide clear guidance, help us organize our proposal structure, and advise us on best practices to begin submitting successful bids.
