Google & Meta Ads Specialist (North America & Europe) — Fully Remote
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join PSA Ventures Performance Team, a data-driven. This role is ideal for someone who’s both analytical and creative, thrives in a remote environment, and is eager to deepen their expertise in paid media.
You’ll plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms, working closely with our Media Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful advertising that drives qualified leads and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms.
• Manage day-to-day account maintenance, ensuring budgets, pacing, and targeting are aligned with client goals.
• Execute A/B tests (ad copy, creative, bidding strategies, audience segments) to continually refine performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to craft compelling ad creatives and landing experiences.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pixel/event setups via Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
• Stay informed on industry updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad technologies.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and present findings with clear recommendations.
Expected Outcomes
• Campaigns deliver consistent growth in leads and conversions while maintaining efficiency.
• Accounts follow Firegang’s best practices and remain audit-ready at all times.
• Minimal oversight required through proactive communication, documentation, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Proven success managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
• Experience in media buying, budget pacing, and lead generation funnels.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with Zapier, HubSpot, or other lead routing/CRM integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and data visualization tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present performance insights clearly.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Time Zone:
You’ll work flexible hours, but there should be at least 4–6 hours of daily overlap with North American (US Central/Eastern) or European (UK/CET) business hours.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: PKR 150,000 – 250,000 (depending on experience and performance)
Commissions: Attractive commission on each sale generated
Bonuses: Two annual performance bonuses
Salary Reviews: Two performance-based raises per year
