Additional information is available on our website. Your Role Our consultants guide our customers through complex technology requirements to summit the challenge at hand. You will need to be able to create order out of chaos, and compile ambiguous information into tactical action plans. Requirements As a member of our Epic Consulting team, you’ll work closely with our customers to implement and optimize their Epic workflows. In addition to your Epic project work, you will help mentor and grow our customer’s teams, escalate issues, and guide projects to a successful outcome. Key Responsibilities • Requires advanced knowledge of project management principles, theories, and concepts. • 5+ years of experience managing projects in Enterprise Applications. • Previous leadership of at least one company wide ERP implementation or similar large scale, multi-year cross functional systems integration and project implementation (in a health care setting is preferred). • Experience/ knowledge of major ERP and HCM platforms (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday). • Exposure to managing projects with infrastructure/hosting/cloud platform elements. • Strong knowledge of definitions and uses of data, financial and reporting systems, information flow, and data architecture. Competency in query functions and language, and basic data modeling. • Advanced knowledge of all aspects of computing and communications including hardware infrastructure, networking, software, operations and disaster recovery. • Demonstrated capacity to anticipate obstacles and plan for contingencies. • Demonstrated attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to determine relevance and prioritize tasks. • Demonstrated effective writing skills. • Proven leadership ability. Effective problem solving skills. • Effective skill at tracking effort and project progress. Demonstrated highly advanced organization and project management skills. Demonstrated strong conceptual and planning skills to analyze projects of broad and diverse scope. Understands the cost impact of projects, project tracking tools and metrics. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization. • Experience leading a team of technology and operational professionals. • Demonstrated ability to integrate critical information across disciplines. Understands how projects relate to other business strategies and initiatives. • Create build documentation and workflow diagrams. • Track and resolve project risks and issues. • Lead meetings and participate in ongoing work-product coordination. • Transparently report on project status and deliverables. • Develop robust knowledge transfer documentation to hand-off deliverables to customer teams. • Additional duties as may be required to successfully deliver a project. • May be invited to participate in corporate functions, events, and meetings.
